Make candy pop. Melt red Candy Melt candy according to package directions. Use cut decorating bag to pipe melted red candy into silicone mold filling 1/4 in. thick. Tap mold gently to remove air bubbles. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Unmold.
Attach sticks. Use melted candy in cut decorating bag to attach a lollipop stick to the back of lips. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Bake and cool cupcakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool.
Decorate cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Use tip 1M in cut decorating bag to pipe a swirl on top of each cupcake. Insert lip pop in cupcake.
