Get the perfect amount of candy and apple in every bite with these apple pops! Completely cover them with melted Candy Melts candy and then sprinkle with Wilton Chocolate Jimmies for a fun treat to serve during the fall.
Dip apple slices. Cut apples 5/8 in. thick, vertically, so only center of apple remains. (Save the remaining apple pieces to be dipped in melted Candy Melts candy later.) Insert lollipop sticks into the bottom of the apple slices.
Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy in microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Use spatula and melted light cocoa candy to coat one side of the apple slices. Set apple slices candy side up on parchment paper-lined cookie pan. Chill until set, about 5 to 10 minutes. Reserve remaining melted light cocoa candy in disposable decorating bag. Cut disposable decorating bag when ready to decorate.
Cover apples in light cocoa candy. Place apple slices candy side down on cooling grid positioned over parchment paper-lined cookie pan. Use reserved light cocoa candy in cut disposable decorating bag to cover top and sides. Tap grid gently to smooth and remove excess candy.
Decorate apples. Immediately sprinkle with jimmies or sprinkles mix. Set apples on parchment paper-lined cookie pan. Chill until set, about 5 to 10 minutes.
