Make large flower. Roll out remaining rose fondant 1/8 in. thick. Use large rose leaf cutter from gum paste flower cutter set to cut 18 petals. Place on thick shaping foam and mark center line using small end of veining tool from 10-pc. gum paste/fondant tool set.
Use damp brush to attach 10 petals to front of 10 in. cake for back layer of flower.
Attach four petals for middle layer. Attach remaining petals for top layer. Use damp brush to attach large blossom for center.
