  1. Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in dot cupcake liners.
  2. Decorate cupcakes. Prepare icing following recipe instructions. Spatula ice cupcakes with white icing. Mix together white, pink, blue, green, orange, purple and yellow nonpareils and sprinkle on cupcakes.
