Make wings one day in advance: Tint fondant violet. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use medium-sized heart Cut-Out to cut two hearts for each treat pop. Use knife to cut off pointed ends of hearts. Use a brush and piping gel to outline rounded edges of hearts. Sprinkle with lavender sugar. Allow to dry on cornstarch-dusted board overnight.
Make mini whoopie pies. Prepare whoopie pie batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool whoopie pies according to pan package directions.
Assemble treat pops. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint rose. Push one mini whoopie pie in treat pop. Use tip 2A and rose icing to pipe a swirl from back edge following the curve of the container then filling in the center. Repeat to add for three more layers of cake and two more layers of icing. Use tip 18 and rose icing to pipe a swirl of icing on top.
Decorate treat pop. Melt black Candy Melts candy according to package directions.
Use melted black candy and a cut disposable decorating bag to attach wings and candy eyeballs to outside of treat pops.
For mouth, use scissors to cut a piece of black shoestring licorice, 3/4 in. long. Use melted black candy and a cut disposable decorating bag to attach to outside of treat pop.
For antennae, use scissors to cut two pieces of black shoestring licorice, each 1 1/2 in. long. Use melted black candy and a cut disposable decorating bag to attach candy-coated chocolate dots to ends. Insert antennae into top of treat pop.
