Butter Cupcakes is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the best recipe I have ever tasted. The cupcakes taste buttery and moist and remains moist for days. I am making three batches today to take to the American Legion Auxillary birthday supper tonight. This recipe made 24 cupcakes for sure if not more. This is the only cupcakes that actually made 24 cupcakes without having to cheat any cupcake. Everyone who ate these in the past fell in love with them. Thank you for an amazing recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy...A light and fluffy texture and wonderful flavor. I used 2 teaspoons vanilla and omitted the almond. Yield was 24 'full to the top' cupcakes, and 48 mini cupcakes all with only one batch! Wow...This recipe would make a nice mini-torte for strawberry shortcake. It's a keeper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Definitely needs more sugar!! Kind of disapointed at how little flavor it has... It is fluffy and not dry, really good texture but needs more sugar and more flavor... Maybe with the frosting it will get better.. I hope!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great butter cupcake recipe. They are very moist and the amount of sugar is perfect. I added a little bit of orange food coloring to the batter to make it more fun and they turned out great. I'm a beginner and this was easy to make for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite good! Made these to practice my decorating skills and although they are quite good, they are a bit too sweet for my taste as I will be topping them with more sugar in the buttercream frosting. I will probably add a bit more vanilla next time.
