1 DAY IN ADVANCE
Make candy topper. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. For each treat, use candy color to tint 1 oz. candy pink. Place large round Cut-Out on non-stick cookie pan. Fill Cut-Out 1/3 full with melted pink candy. Chill until firm, 15 to 20 minutes.
Use melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag to pipe monogram. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
Attach lollipop stick to back of topper with melted pink candy. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
