Breezy Blossom Cupcakes is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just love this recipe/design the only thing I did not have the Sheets, so instead I used chocolate/fruit roll up's! It was hard using Fruit Roll Up's but, I found placing them on parchment paper on both sides slowly rolling it flat but not thin, then I put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to harden a bit. THEN LAY FLAT, USING A RAZOR OR PARING KNIFE SLICE, and continue the rest of the recipe! They were cute! TY Wilton

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have always loved to do quilling with paper and not to do it with fondant and decorate cupcakes and cakes?! FABULOUS!! It is a unique twist on traditional flowers and allow for greater creativity with fondant and colors.
