Decorator Preferred 13 inch Angled Spatula

- Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool two cake layers. Trim one layer to 2 in. high.
- Prepare icing. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe instructions. Fill and stack cake layers for 5 in. high cake. Ice cake smooth.
Decorate cake. Using cake marker, starting ½ in. from bottom of cake, mark 1 in. segments, vertically and horizontally, around cake.
Prepare all pouched icings with round tip. Starting with yellow icing, pipe row of dots around cake, using 1 in. marks as guide. Repeat with orange, red, blue and green icing.
- Pipe border. Pipe row of dots around top edge of cake, alternating between colored icing and white icing.
