Blue Quick Color Cupcake is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I baked a batch of cupcakes for a young special needs woman I provide direct support for and she has food coloring allergies. The only modification I did to these cupcakes was to not use the color mist since her mother said she could only tolerate coloring in small amounts. I used a small amount of sugar sprinkles to add a bit of color. My consumer loved them. I just wish I made my buttercream slightly softer since I felt like I was piping cement. I also found it best to sprinkle as soon after piping as possible to get the sprinkles to stick better to the icing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was looking for something easy that my 5 yr. old granddaughter and I could do and these were very simple. She could put the sprinkles on and feel as though she did the decorating...it was great quality time with her. She loves to help in the kitchen and cupcakes are easy and not too messy. She was very proud of her cupcakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this cupcake for my granddaughter's first Birthday which is today December 2, 2010. Instead of blue I did the cupcake Pink. Everybody loves them. I'm always on Wilton.com looking for ideas. I completed the wilton cake classes in Gulfport MS and the instructor that gave the class was the best. She really inspired me.
