Place baking cups in cupcake pan. Cover bottom of baking cup with melted light cocoa candy. Brush candy up from the sides to form and shell; refrigerate until set. Repeat to thicken shell. Remove paper from candy and fill with crisped rice cereal treat mix.
Use melted candy in cut parchment bags to make candy pops; refrigerate to set with stick attached.
Cover crisped rice cereal treat mix with melted light cocoa candy and sprinkle with hearts sprinkle decorations.

I made these for Valentine's Day & everyone loved them. They are pretty easy to make. Just make sure you hold the the stick in place for a few seconds while it sets on the rice cereal treat.
