Valerie Pradhan Valerie is a decorator at Wilton, and has been working in the decorating room for almost two years. She is a graduate of Temple University and The Culinary Institute of America and has since worked in hotels, specialty shops and bakeries all over the US, from California to Florida.     Valerie’s presentation on the decorating of these holiday cookies was professionaly done and so very easy for the layman to understand. Living here in the shadow of NYC and close to the Cakeboss it is not always easy to get simple ideas on decorating which have such class as Valerie’s. Go Girl! Nice job! joegoodguy@aol.com
