When I was growing up, I did a lot of the cookie and cake baking for our large family. After I left home, my baking days were put on the back burner until I started my own family. Since I was known for my creativity, the simple iced cakes and cupcakes I had been making for years did not fit the bill. That phrase, by French novelist Alphonse Karr, aptly applies to our Wilton Method Classes.Â Weâ€™ve always enjoyed the work of our enthusiastic Instructors who have engaged literally millions of students in the fun of cake decorating.Â Iâ€™m very excited to announce that, on June 1, we switched from a collection of courses that has evolved over 35 years to a â€śrefreshedâ€ť curriculum.Â This set of three very interrelated courses builds on the excitement and fun our students always have felt.
