Spatulas, bags, tips and icing colors have turned simple cakes and icing into colorful and vivid memories.

My how time flies!  Wilton Educational Marketing launched its first cake decorating class in retail stores back in 1975.  Since then 4,000,000 students have learned the art of cake decorating in a Wilton course.  Imagine the millions of cakes that have been made for celebrations and the friendships that have been made while taking one of the four Wilton courses taught at retailers all around the world.  We are talking about some pretty “sweet” memories!
