Step 1

In advance: Make candy wings. Tint portion of melted whhite candy violet. Position medium leaf Cut-Out on non-stick cookie sheet. Fill to 1/8 in. deep with violet candy; tap to settle. Chill until firm; unmold. Turn over Cut-Out and repeat for second wing. Pipe stripes with orange candy in cut parchment bag. Let set.

Step 2

Also: Make candy eyes. Mix small portion of black and white melted candy for gray color. Pipe 1/4 in. dia. gray and white dot eyeballs on waxed paper. Let set. Pipe black dot pupils. Let set.

Step 3

Bake and cool brownie pops in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet. Ice bottom and attach chocolate chip ears with black melted candy. Chill.

Step 4

Place on cooling grid over parchment-lined cookie sheet. Cover pops with black candy. Chill until firm. Trim wings to match angle of pop. Attach wings and eyes with black candy. Pipe white outline mouth.
