Bake and cool cake. Cut cake into 1 1/2 in. squares.
Place cake pieces on cooling grid over cookie sheet. Cover with melted candy. Tap lightly so that candy drips down and covers sides. Carefully remove cake pieces with spatula to waxed paper-covered cake board. Chill until firm. Pour second coat if necessary.
For ribbon, use Rotary Cutter to cut four strips, 1/4 x 2 1/4 in., from light blue, light pink and light yellow Sugar Sheets! Brush strips with piping gel and attach to cake.
For bow, use Rotary Cutter to cut two strips, 1 1/2 x 5/8 in., from Sugar Sheets! Loop and attach each strip's ends with piping gel. Attach to cake with piping gel.
For knot, use the narrow end of tip 12 to cut circles from Sugar Sheets! Attach to bow with piping gel.
