  1. Make cake pops. Preheat oven to 350?. Spray sheet cake pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely. Divide cake in half and freeze one half for future use.
Add frosting, mixing with fingers until well combined. After adding icing to mixture, add 8 teaspoons of jimmies (1 teaspoon per color) to mixture. Shape into balls (about 2-1/2 tablespoons mixture per ball).

Hint: Use a stand mixer instead of your fingers to combine the cake and icing together. This gives you a smoother pop texture and is less mess to clean up!

  2. Melt candy. Melt White, Pink, Bright Pink, Blue, Lavender and Orange Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package instructions.

Insert one cake ball into each sugar cone. Dip cake ball into melted candy, then transfer to cone rack. Do not add sprinkles yet. Reserve remaining melted candy.

Chill until set, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Decorate cake pops. Prepare decorating bags, separately, with remaining melted candy. Cut small tip in each bag.

Pipe drips on top of each cake ball; top immediately with sprinkles.

Transfer to cone rack and chill until set, about 10 to 20 minutes.
