Basket Stowaway Cookie is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from These cookies are WAY too cute and a big hit with everyone. They are a little time consuming but well worth the effort. I used the plastic disposable bags instead of parchment triangles to keep the royal icing from drying out. The bag ties and silicone tip covers also helped. This enabled me to work on the cookies in stages while allowing for drying time in between. Tip - Use the Wilton foodwriters for the black eyes and for whiskers on the bunny if you want. You can also use a pink one for the ears and nose instead of using icing to save time. Tip - Do not use leavening agents in the cookie dough to achieve well rounded cookies.
