Make bow and flowers. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions light rose, dark rose and teal/ kelly green combination (for teal). Reserve remaining white. Trace bow and flower patterns on parchment paper.
For dark rose bows, use tip 3, pattern and full-strength icing to outline bow. Let set 5 minutes. Use thinned icing to flow in bows.
For bright rose flowers, use tip 6, pattern and full-strength icing to pipe outer layer of eight individual overlapping petals. Use damp brush to brush icing toward center, tapering petal ends. Let set 5 minutes. Repeat to pipe next layer of eight slightly smaller petals; let set. Pipe center layer of five petals.
For white flowers, use full-strength icing and flower nail no. 7 covered with apple blossom template and pre-cut icing flower square to pipe one tip 103 and one tip 101 wild rose for each treat. Reserve remaining icing. Let all flowers and bows dry 24 hours.
