Rated 5 out of 5 by NC girl from Love these and they were so easy! Did change it up a bit..used Bisquick for the flour, regular milk and no baking powder, as I was out of buttermilk. To make filling the pan easier..put the batter in a ziploc bag and cut a small bit off of one corner. Then just squeeze the batter to the corner and partially fill the cavities in the pan. The doughnuts are crispier if you DO NOT overfill the pans. The directions say they are better the first day, but mine were good for three, just store covered. Can't wait to make more.
