As if any game day recipe is complete without bacon…This takes nachos to the next level. Everything you want in a plate of nachos and more, including an entire pound of homemade bacon bits, zesty ranch dressing and an extra kick from sliced Jalapeños.
In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Place on paper towels to drain; crumble when cool. Drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan; discard.
Add ground beef and hamburger seasoning blend to pan; cook 8-10 minutes or until beef is cooked through. Drain.
Place half of tortilla chips on Mega Cookie Pan; top with half of onion, half of crumbled bacon, half of crumbled beef and half of cheese. Top with remaining chips, onion, bacon, beef and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are warm.
Top with lettuce, drizzle with ranch dressing, and sprinkle with tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. Serve immediately.
