Using Rotary Cutter, cut 28 strips, 2 long x 1 in. wide, from Light Yellow Sugar Sheets! Attach strips 1 in. apart on cake sides using piping gel.
Using border punch with Scallop Border Cutting Insert, cut four strips, 1 1/2 in. wide, along long side of Light Yellow Sugar Sheets! Starting at one end of strip, cut scallop, move Sugar Sheets! to overlap one scallop, cut. Repeat to end of strip. Trim strips to 1 in. wide with knife. Attach strips to cake top edges using piping gel. Add scallop strips as needed to cover from end to end.
For blocks, use Rotary Cutter to cut 4 x 4 in. square from Light Blue, Light Pink, Light Yellow and Light Green Sugar Sheets! Using tip 2, outline squares with piping gel. Sprinkle with matching colored sugar.
Using alphabet cookie cutters as a guide, trace letters with black FoodWriter on back side of Light Blue, Light Yellow, Light Pink and Light Green Sugar Sheets! Cut out letters with scissors. Brush each letter with piping gel and sprinkle with matching colored sugar. Attach letters to blocks using piping gel. Position blocks on cake, overlapping ?A? and ?Y.?
