GIRLS JUST GOTTA HAVE FUN – PLAN A PRETTY & PINK
BACHELORETTE PARTY
WOODRIDGE,
Get the party started with a hot-pink cocktail – add a dash of cranberry juice to champagne and float a fresh raspberry in each glass. Serve an assortment of cocktail nibbles and Hot Lips Cookies. Just use a lip-shaped cookie cutter to make cutout cookies and jazz up these sexy sugar cookies with icing and sparkling pink sugar.
Deck the wedding belle out in a sash announcing her bride-to-be status and a faux gemstone silver tiara, complete with veil. Give the rest of the girls buttons to identify their role in the wedding festivities. If it’s going to be a night on the town, throw a few hot-pink wigs, boas and feathers into the mix and you’re sure to turn heads.
Make sure the bride has her own keepsake of her grand night out by supplying guests with disposable cameras or taking photos that can be downloaded to a CD. Print up CD cover cases at http://www.wiltonprint.com to commemorate the evening.

1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheet 6 to 7 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack before decorating.
