: Merchandise Program Support Coordinator

Simplicity - Tennessee Office

The Merchandise Program Support Coordinator provides support to Marketing and Sales in the merchandising of the programs in retailers. Role and Responsibilities ? Respond to and resolve customer issues as it relates to collateral support materials for their programs. • Create and/or maintain/update active collateral files (data bases) for customer specific plan-o-grams, assortments and (store level) support material. Includes packing lists, order forms, bin strips, back tags, shelf liners, instruction packets( line art, photos, instructions), and other miscellaneous collateral. • Initiate and follow through with Product Masters for customer specific programs on all their collateral components. This includes the preparation of these forms utilizing information provided by Sales, Marketing, Cost, and/or Sourcing departments. • Assist in the layout of existing programs in preparation for their updates. • Proof final product layouts to ensure accuracy of drops, adds, and plan-o-gram to product manager’s direction. • Co-ordinate Sales, Marketing and account specific requests and needs into shippable and maintainable program or assortment. • Communicate update information and directives to store level personnel through Instruction letters, lists, diagrams, plan-o-grams, etc. • Co-ordinate customer specific graphic requests for collateral, binstrips, signs, etc. from item-level through program-level. • Coordinate printed material needs w/Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and the Distribution Center. • With assistance from Marketing/Sales, prepare Customer Service with required knowledge of upcoming updates, informational packets, etc. in order to prepare them for incoming calls, requests and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Previous merchandise experience at retail or in a manufacturing environment are a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work w/minimal supervision and work well with others.
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Minimum of an Associates degree

Accounting: Accounts Payable Admin

This individual will perform a variety of basic administrative functions working within standard procedures in the Accounts Payable area. Additional responsibilities include: open and distribute all incoming mail on a daily basis; date stamp all incoming AP invoices with date received; file weekly paid vendor invoices and perform ongoing maintenance of paid vendor files as needed; manually recalculate and foot non-inventory invoices using a 10-key calculator; organize and file bill of ladings with appropriate vendor invoices; match Invoices to checks from weekly check run; and maintain Accounts Payable unpaid invoice files.

Accounting: Cost Accountant

The Cost Accountant is responsible for monthly accounting and reporting for inventory, cost of sales, other direct product costs, and variances. Assist as needed with other analysis as well as special accounting projects. Interaction with other departments such as Inventory Forecasting, Corporate Supply Chain, Finance and the Operating Divisions. This position reports to the Supply Chain Finance Manager. Accounting: Senior Accountant

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to be a key player for the Corporate Accounting function. As a growing company, there are various complex accounting areas for which we need to maintain or implement strong processes. These include Royalty Payments, Business combinations, Debt accounting, Intangible asset accounting, and Foreign Currency translation. The individual in this role will be provided the opportunity to position him/herself within the management team to allow for a natural career progression. Prior Audit experience at the Big 4 or Mid-tier accounting firms is preferred. Ability to research and apply complex accounting guidance is a must. Position will work with most areas of the company, will be involved in the year-end financial statement audit, and may have contact with external auditors and contact with senior management. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Distribution Center: Warehouse Manager/2nd shift

To oversee the warehouse and distribution operations within the Second Shift while providing clear Leadership. Requirements:
