Customer Service: EDI Coordinator

Wilton Brands LLC - Woodridge Offices

You will manage the set up and testing of new EDI trading partners and new transaction sets for existing customer, working in partnership with IT resources. You will also be responsible for researching and correcting all EDI errors when possible and communicate all issues to the Customer Service contacts and EDI Manager for resolution. Additionally, you will set up and maintain EDI information in a data base for testing purposes, report all updates on weekly highlights, create and run reports and provide backup for EDI Manager as well as the EDI Administrator.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an EDI role or experience in a related field
