Design: Industrial Designer

It will support new product development on housewares and food crafting products for the retail market. eCommerce: Director of eCommerce

This strategic position will be responsible for developing and leading Wilton Brands’ aggressive multi-channel eCommerce growth plan via the company’s portfolio of branded websites (www.wilton.com, www.eksuccess.com, and www.simplicity.com). Internal Audit : Senior Internal Auditor

  • 3+ years of experience with a Big Four firm
  • 5-10 years of overall audit experience including international manufacturing
  • Thorough working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and Sarbanes-Oxley concepts

International: Area Sales Manager, Independents

International: International Sales Analyst

In this position you will be supporting the International Account Managers by working with both the retailer and the Account Manager to help coordinate sales analysis and forecasting needs for in-line and seasonal businesses. Inventory: Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for the planning and purchasing of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and meet service level requirements. Develop strong commodity and supplier strategies that will yield cost savings/value to Wilton Brands. Key responsibilities include development and/or implementation of a short and long term strategy for metals commodities/product categories. Duties and Responsibilities • Manages, coordinates and directs supply chain management activities through day-to-day tactical and long-term strategic activities for the assigned commodity/product category; including the establishment of strategic goals, plans, outlooks, objectives and metrics. • Working with cross functional team across the business unit including marketing, product management, engineering, design, operations and key management to develop strategic direction for the commodity/product category. • Develops industry/market trend analysis, competitive situations, commodity price trends, and supply/demand situations for assigned spend categories. • Identify and evaluate potential vendors. Facilitate vendor selection in conjunction with Product Development team. • Understand and incorporate business requirements for assigned spend categories into vendor relationships and business practices. • Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure productivity, timely deliveries, high service levels and adherence to quality specifications and all other business requirements. • Work with Inventory Group to ensure the supply is scheduled sufficiently to meet demand, and assist in inventory management. • Negotiate and facilitate approval for new vendor contracts and agreements. • Assist Non-Foods Sourcing Manager to develop policy, process and documentation to continuously improve performance. . • Meet and Exceed Cost Reduction plans, while reducing risk in the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of international sourcing is essential
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a business, supply chain or other related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience, experience of purchasing from Asia Pacific region is preferred.
  • Understanding of metal commodities preferred
  • Must be computer savvy with extensive MS Office experience.
  • CPIM and CPM certification preferred.
  • Willing to take challenges, hardworking, self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks
