The job in a nutshell is to prepare designated monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. In addition to: reconcile all bank accounts and complete corresponding journal entries; process the daily transactions for the Retail Store and the Wilton School; handle all accounting related to Broker Commissions; assist with various analysis as well as special accounting projects; position will work with most areas of the company and will have contact with external auditors and contact with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of General Accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital.

Accounting – Cost Accountant – Wilton Brands Inc. – Woodridge Offices

You'll like this job if you enjoy accounting and inventory analysis.

The job in a nutshell is to perform monthly accounting and reporting for inventory, cost of sales, other direct product costs, gross margins and variances. You will need to assist as needed with other analysis as well as special accounting projects. This position reports to the VP of Accounting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, must include at least one Cost Accounting course

Category Management – Category Captain – Target – EK Success Brands – Minneapolis Office

This position is based in our Minneapolis office supporting Target in the craft category. Additional responsibilities include: create functional and executable category plans; conduct and provide key marketplace/consumer insights analysis for assigned categories; organize and control product line from conceptual stages through product life cycle to optimize profit and meet deadlines; competitive and channel outlook placement; analyze data, price and promotion effectiveness and make decisions based on the data; conduct key category management analyses, assortment optimization and space planning; own the POG process and execute POG versions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in category management and assortment planning
  • 3+ years experience in consumer products – Brand Management preferred
  • Accuracy, extensive Excel work, consumer products and consumer product testing, trademarks, forecasting
  • Ability to work with large data and understand the business implications
  • Ability to communicate analyze data, insights and actions to category management team

Information Services – Help Desk Coordinator – Wilton Brands Inc. – Woodridge Offices

The job in a nutshell involves answering phone calls regarding hardware, software and computer related issues. Daily tasks include working with user issues via phone, remote control and in person, imaging systems for deployment, and project work is also assigned periodically.

Inventory – Inventory Replenishment Analyst – Wilton Brands Inc. – Woodridge Offices

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the right inventory levels for skus in the Wilton cake decorating category. You will be using the JDEdwards MRP system to analyze and purchase inventory for these skus from our domestic and foreign sources. Scheduling purchase orders, analysis of vendor capacity capabilities and resolution of delivery issues impacting customer service levels will be part of the daily routine. This position requires daily collaborating with Vendors, Product Management, Customer Service, Forecasting and the DC to ensure inventory is available to meet our customers’ expectations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Operations, Logistics, Finance or Marketing
  • 2-5 years of forecasting, buying or planning experience in a distribution or import consumer goods environment
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, Access), including MRP or equivalent inventory planning system.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required

Marketing – E-Commerce Marketing Manager – EK Success Brands – NJ Office

You will be responsible for supporting existing e-commerce sites during transition and web project completion; co-ordinate with Marketing Managers, Sales and E-commerce partner to implement promotions, couponing and integrated marketing efforts for key brand initiatives. Sales – Inside Sales Manager – EK Success Brands – NJ Office

You will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales team consisting of 5-7 Sales representatives responsible for selling all EK Success Brands to Independent/Specialty stores across the country. Additional responsibilities include: oversee all activities including developing effective marketing strategies, managing assigned territories, providing focused sales direction, cultivating leads, and achieving daily calls and sales expectations; provide ongoing coaching and deliver training to ensure all Inside sales representatives have the ability to efficiently and effectively sell merchandise in a predominantly outbound call environment; assign each representative a customer base territory and evaluate performance within their territory; schedule, delegate workflow, monitor call volume and sales volume for the team; conduct weekly team meetings to keep team current on department issues and sales opportunities; communicate updates on product pricing, features/benefits to ensure all representatives have the most current knowledge of their brands; report on activity of the department by summarizing daily individual reports into one weekly recap; cultivate a courteous, polite, and productive atmosphere within in the office; serve as the administrator for the Customer relationship management software which is currently ACT!; participate in employees review as well hiring and training of new staff as needed and when necessary; report any unresolved or escalated issues to manager in order to facilitate immediate resolution; participate in periodic management meetings and provide status report of all department highlights and ongoing projects; and responsible for all Inside Sales department budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with 5-8 years inside sales/field sales/call center/ prospect management experience required
  • Energetic and enthusiastic professional with a degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications will be considered

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Consumer Products Sales experience with a proven sales track record
