Bake cupcakes in Christmas Themed Baking Cups, and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe, and ice cupcakes with Spatula.
Cover Hat, Eyes, Mouth pattern with a sheet of waxed paper. Melt white, light cocoa and green Candy Melts as directed on package.
Fill three Disposable Decorating Bags with each of the melted Candy Melts. For eyes, pipe whites only with melted white Candy Melts. For hat and mouth, pipe light cocoa Candy Melts. Refrigerate until firm; Pipe light cocoa pupils to eyes and green band for hat. Return to refrigerator until set.
Peel candy off of waxed paper and position onto cupcakes. Finish by placing the candy corn nose in center of the face.

These were a huge hit at my sons' christmas program at preschool. Of course I couldnt find candy corn anywhere after halloween so I just sliced up the orange slice candy into triangles and we were good to go.
