Follow pattern to pipe royal icing frog directly on treat. Use tip 9 to outline and fill in body; position heart icing decoration. Use tip 3 to pipe dot eyes and elongated bead arms and legs. Use tip 2 to pipe pull-out dot crown, toes and fingers, dot eyes and pupils. Outline mouth with tip 1. Attach?heart confetti with icing. Pipe tip 3 icing outline around outer edge; attach nonpareils.
