Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought this pan for my husband's 47th birthday. He is the ultimate car nut. I transformed this car into a 79 Pontiac Trans Am (Smoky and the Bandit) but I used the LED wedding lights as headlights and then covered the lights in the back with red fruit roll ups. Then I used candles that flame the color of the candle. Red for the exhaust and blue for the NOS. None of this would have worked had the pan not made the shape really well. Since I used fondant shape was really important.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for my son's first birthday. It was a race car theme. It was pretty easy to make. I did a trial cake first to see how it was going to go and I couldn't believe it actually looked like a race car! I built up the back end and gave it a spoiler...LOL. I am going to make my nephews 8th birthday cake this December and he also wants a car so I get to use the pan again! YAY.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used this pan for a Monster Truck cake for my son's 5th birthday. He LOVED it! I didn't have trouble with it overflowing or anything, but I needed to bake it longer than it stated because the middle wasn't completely cooked initially. Everyone thought it was fantastic and I'm going to make my 2 yo a girly car for her birthday this year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The first one I made came out lopsided, but could have been me! The next one was much better, I was careful how far I put the batter up. Kids love these cakes, though, no matter. One cake I used oreos for the tires and the next one I stuck tootie roll pops in for the tires. Children love helping decorate them. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pan is absolutely adorable. My daughter loves the VW beetles. Everytime we go anywhere she will play the punch-bug game. So I decided to bake her a punch-bug cake. The pan was so perfect for this cake. It came out looking great and my daughter loved it. Thank you wiltons for making such a wonderful pan..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The end product was adorable! I was very happy that I only had to make one cake as I had heard that others had difficulty with the cake crumbling. My recommendation is to follow the instructions. I am extrememly happy with the Wilton Cake release and highly recommend it specifically for this cake. It is very important to ensure that all areas of the cake pan are greased. I would also let the cake cool in the pan for at least 10-15 minutes before tipping it out. I had used a homemade chocolate cake recipe and didn't follow how much to put in the pan. If using a cake recipe other than what the instructions recommend I would only fill the pan about 2/3 full as the cake may bubble over. To prevent a huge mess I did put the cruiser pan in a square cake pan-and thank goodness I did as mine overflowed. Now if I would have followed the instructions that may not have happened. I just leveled the cake out with no worries. This cake pan is definitely worth it. Happy caking!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was made for my sons 2nd birthday. We made it into a truck as he is obsessed with trucks. It turned out really great. I cut the top back part of the car off and that made the bed of the truck. It looked so good. There are so many possibilities with this pan I am anxious to use it for many other cakes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made a Porsche Boxster Cake using this pan! The pan is very easy to use and the cake comes out very easily. This cake is easy, but took a very long time, about 7 hours to make, but then again, I did make a fondant covered cake with life like detail. Don't be afraid of the pan, it's easy to use :)
